I meant to say on my other comments, Colin, that you can propogate papyrus by cutting off the umbrella tops, inverting them in a wide-necked bottle of water and you'll find new roots come out of those tops. You can then removed and plant those. The stems just die back and new umbrella tops appear later....magic!
Thanks for the tip! I´m sur I won´t be the only one tryin that one. With so much land every little helps, and sometimes a group of plants can make a real statement
