Succulents and stone

These succulents were rooted from discarded plant material I found on my travels and once they flower it might be possible to identify them. The dark green fleshy foliage shows well against the warm colours in the local stone.

  1. That is an aloe, but you are right, you will need to see the flower to know which species it is. I like the lovely dark green. It is not an aloe I know offhand.

  2. It's nice to know someone who might know. Once it flowers I'll post another picture. The problem of lack of identification here is that I found a discarde plant section and rooted it. The garden centres around this area often have poor lables with just the generic term for a plant species too!
