These two old colonial style cane chairs are being updated with a coat or two of wood preservative, the colour midnight blue should look quite effective under the hot Mediterranean sun.
We had to bring out the stain from the UK as similar products here were quite expensive. This is probably due to cultural variations in garden design, the UK has a high volume of wooden garden structures while Spain tends to have more concrete permanent buildings.
