Late spring and the supermarkets are selling off the bulbs which have been on te shelf too long. Careful sorting through the packets all priced at 1€ reveals some which are worth trying; including dalias and Dame Edna´s favourites - Gladioli.
Cannas amongst the selection were a complete joke barely 1" wide and completly rotten.
