A plant at last.

While putting the rubbish into the village refuse bins found a dead looking ficus benjamina plant. On closer inspection saw that there was a couple of green leaves near the top of the plant. With some difficulty managed to put the plant into the car and transport it home.

Inserted the large root ball of the Ficus into a plastic sack with a little water; before placing the plant in the stable out of the wind. Notoriously fickle about draughts and water it is unlikely that the Ficus will survive the winter.
